Effective August 1, 2012
the Court will require FBI Record Checks on ALL new Adoption
cases except Adult Adoptions. These checks are in addition to BCI record checks and will be performed by the Court, with costs to be paid by the Petitioners at the time of the Record Check. Cost for both record checks is currently $46.00 |
