The Supreme Court of Ohio embarked on a translation project to benefit individuals who have Limited English Proficiency (LEP) by making 27 court forms available in five major languages: Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, Somali and Spanish.

*PLEASE NOTE*
SB 124, which became effective immediately with the governor's signature on Dec. 28th, 2009, requires that a designation of a beneficiary of a transfer on death for real property must be created by affidavit rather than by deed. This means that deeds may no longer be used. Please click here  for additional information and to view two recommended affidavit forms.
