The Lucas County Probate Court only has Birth Records and Death Records dating from 1896 to 1908 Any request for information for a Birth Record where the birth took place after 1908 or a Death Record where the death occurred after 1908 must be obtained from the Bureau of Vital Statistics which is located within the Lucas County Health Department 635 North
Erie Street Please do not submit request forms for Birth Records or Death Records to the Lucas County Probate Court if the Birth or Death occurred subsequent to 1908 |
