Vouchers:  July 1st, 2008, 2008
The Lucas County Probate Court will no longer be keeping or retaining Account Vouchers.  Upon the audit of any account filed, the supporting vouchers, once verified, will be given back to the Attorney/Estate Representative/Filer.  If the account is dropped off, once the audit is complete the vouchers will be placed in the attorney pick-up box.  If the vouchers are not picked up within 30 days, the vouchers will be mailed back to the Attorney or Fiduciary and the cost of mailing will be assessed to the case.
