You can have the option of completing your  Marriage License Application online, printing it and then bringing it into the court for further processing

To fill out the form, click on the Marriage License Application Form link at the bottom of the page. You will need to have installed on your computer, Adobe Acrobat Reader, to allow you to download this form as well as fill it out. If you do not currently have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it at no charge by clicking on the Adobe link and following the instructions on the Adobe site. 
                                                            

To fill out the form, insert all applicable information in any field denoted in blue (a cursor will appear in all of these fields). After the form is completed, please review carefully and correct any errors and make any necessary changes prior to printing. If you wish to clear the form and start over, please use the Reset Button located on the top right hand side of the form to clear all of the fields on the form. After reviewing the form, print out the form and bring it into the Lucas County Probate Court Marriage License Department.
